We live in a broken world where we treat others unfairly and in a discord way, we are trapped by fear and normally reflect on the pain that are caused by dear ones in our daily life. But one day God has promised to bring change to everything and “the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings” (Mal. 4:2). The Lord will establish this safe environment where He restores the world with His wisdom, might, and knowledge.
But as we wait for that day, God is counting on you to become a miracle in someone‘s life. A simple act of kindness, a simple hug and word‘s of encouragement that can be the spark that brings them back to life and be the answer to their prayer. God put miracles in you and become a miracle. God is counting on you to be a miracle. One of the closest thing to the heart of God is helping hurting people.
GRACE!!!

Wait Upon The Sovereign Lord.
Ever recalled been in the waiting room of a hospital for your turn to see the physician? While in the waiting room of the hospital, no one keeps your company but yourself! Take a moment and examine around you and realize where you sit! This planet is God‘s waiting room! You might be waiting upon the Lord to give, help and heal you. Just like being in the hospital waiting for the physician to offer you prescription, it will be prudent for you to wait for God though a heart of worship and never give up and lose your faith in God while you wait. Christ Jesus made this known to us " my Father is always at His work ". Want fresh strength, vigor and legs that don't grow weary? Then delight yourself in God and He will bring rest to your soul! God will take you through this waiting room of His after all He is the Great Physician.
Be Quick To Give Thanks To God!
God never created us to contain the glory but to give Him the praise and glory He deserves. It wasn't by our own ability and strength that we had all the accomplishments in any facet of our life. It was all by the mighty and goodness of our almighty God that we have had such success. It wasn't by our talents, our educational qualifications but by the amazing grace of God almighty. Nothing in life happens by accident or without purpose. The higher we get in life, the higher we need to give thanks to God and walk humbly in the sight of God. Start your day with a thankful heart and humility and always know it's a good thing to give thanks to God!

Sovereign Over Us
Proverbs 19:21 "Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand."
The plans of God still prospers, He has not forgotten us for the Lord is with us in the fire and the flood and He is faithful forever and always embrace us with the love that casts out fear. Many are the afflictions that confronts us, but one graceful shift from God will cause a great change in our life. Be hopeful and know that His sovereignty over us will cause us to triumph even in the darkest hour of our life. Just believe in Him and know that He is still sovereign over His children!

You Will Get Through It.
" When things are bad, we take comfort in the thought that they could always get worse. And when they are, we find hope in the thought that things are so bad they have to get better. " – Malcolm S Forbes
Have you ever felt like you're at the bottom of your depression and feels like no one cares or hear you sorrow? God hears your cry and our sovereign God is always with us even in the deepest abyss and has promised to get us through every hurdle that confronts us.
Although it won't be easy and painless neither will it be quick but God will use the mess you pass through and get us through it for His good but in the mean time don't be naive and act foolish and despair by giving-up for with God's help you will get through it.
Once you have a pulse and life goes by we are likely to have one or two challenges but God has promised us that He's always with us and will always get us through every hurdle we face.
One of the challenges we find hard to fight is fear and filling our hearts with bitterness and hatred but the scripture which is our guide say's that " Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. " - Proverbs 4:23[NKJV] and also that God has armed us with the strength to fight our fear in Romans 8:15 " For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”[NKJV] .
So as you wait upon the Lord, remember to guard you heart and know that since Christ Jesus has adopted us to His sonship we are armed to fight our fears and under His sovereignty we will get through it.
Always go on your knees to pray and communicate with God, hang-on to your hope and look-up to God for He is always with us and will always get us through it.

God Hears And Remembers You!
Read Isaiah 49:15-26 15 “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you.
16 See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.
As human us we are, we sometimes feel forgotten and see life as hopeless forgotten the fact that God who is the anchor for our life holds us closer than we can imagine and He hears and remembers us.
Think about Joseph who was betrayed by his own brothers, sold into slavery, accused by Potiphar's wife and was sent to prison for 13 years for an offense he did not commit. This was a who had a dream to become a king and was sent to prison for an offense he did not commit but one thing was certain about Joseph, he stayed in faith and knew that God had not forgotten about him and that his story will end in victory. He was joined in the prison by two officers of Pharaoh, the chief butler and the chief baker.
These officers had a dream and Joseph was there to interpret the dream for both officers, but one(chief butler) ended up been restored to his butler-ship position again but the chief baker was hanged! To make matters worse for him, the chief butler forgot about Joseph but Joseph still kept the faith and was hopeful about his destiny.
Sometimes in life, the people who owes us the most might forget about us but I encourage you first to keep the faith and not despair because His still remembers you and just like Joseph who was made the second in command on the land of Egypt.
Are you under pressure to deliver at work? God knows how you feel. Do people expect and take more from you than they give? God understands and He knows what that’s like. Your colleagues won’t listen? Believe me, God knows how you feel and is always there and ever prepared to listen to us. You’re precious to Him. God hears our cry and values us that He sent His only son on earth to die for our sins. When you struggle, He listens. When you yearn, He responds. When you question, He hears and answers. He loves you. He understands you and He has promised to end our story with smiles and enable us become victorious in all our endeavor in life.
People may forget about you but God who has inscribed your name on His palm still remembers you! People may do you wrong but God will make them pay for double the trouble they caused you, people may betray you but you have a Friend who sticks closer than a brother and hears and sees those beauty in your tears and will embrace you with His love that cast-out fear for He is with you even in the valley and has not forgotten about you!
God remembers you and our God who is compassionate and kind will uplift you us you keep the faith and hide yourself in His bosom and at the right time those dreams God destined for you will be fulfilled.

When I look at the heaven and earth
Gazing at the bird in the sky
You are so great
Looking at the trees on the field
And the breeze from the ocean afar
Your are so mighty
See the beast that move on the field
School of fish that swim in the sea
Awesome is your name
Chorus
Great is your name
How wonderful is the works of thy hands
Great is your name
How wonderful is the works of thy hands
(Repeat)
Verse 2
Holy (respond) 2x
Awesome (respond) 2x
Worthy
You are so great
You made man in your own image
Gave him power to name all the things Lovely is your name
Bring me close always to you
When sin separated us both
Your son gave his life
You made man in your own image
Gave him power to name all the things
You are so lovely lord
Bring me close always to you

Your son gave his life.

This Is Your Day!
It is now, God has offered you a new gift of life called today, and you are here. Instead of wishing in vain that you were somewhere else, give positive and loving energy to where you are. It's a new day and fresh start is ahead of you to grab hold of the opportunities it has to offer.
It is fantastic to have a desirable and ambitious destination. To reach that destination, you must start by fully accepting and appreciating where you now are.Decide that now is beautiful and that this place is filled with limitless opportunity. Decide and it is so.
No amount of regret or resentment can change the past. Choose instead to simply be thankful that you are here now, able to move positively forward.

Use Me Lord!
Read : Isaiah 6:8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”
I know most of us have heard of this famous quote "God uses ordinary people in extraordinary ways
for His glory."
At first it may seem that this statement isn’t quite right and you may not believe it. You may be thinking, “I’m just a lay person what can God do with me! ” and lose sight of the fact that we are the Clay and God is the Potter.
Most of us also fail to appreciate the fact that God does not look at our qualification or how perfect we are for Him to use us avail His mighty works in us. Rather than thinking in terms of whether or not you have the right qualifications or extensive ministry experience I want you to go back to the Gospel. God took a shepherd boy and made Him King of Israel. God used a donkey after all to deliver a message to an Apostle. God uses ordinary people in extraordinary ways.
When God want to use you, He does not look at the personality in question, how famous you are, your educational qualification, how righteous you are. Some of us might be tempted to think you need high class honors, be a person of repute or even have high extensive ministry to be used by God.
Think of the Apostle Paul, he was one of the most educated men in his days but on his way to Damascus to persecute God's children [Acts 9], God's light reflected in him to send His message to him, God brought him down and delivered His message using a donkey. God chose Paul as His instrument to proclaim His glory to the Gentiles and their kings and the people of Israel at large. You might be like the Apostle Paul who have various certificates, recognition, influence just to mention a few but might not be humble for you to be used by God. Humble yourself before God and He will raise you up higher. The Lord humbled Paul and used him to plant churches, preach the gospel of grace, wrote 14 epistles and did marvelous things for God. God can use well educated people for His glory but He often humbled such personalities in their pride so they rely on Him for wisdom and understanding.
You might see yourself as miserable sinner but the fact is we are all born sinners and what really matters is the condition of our heart to willingly offer ourself to be used by God to his mighty glory.
You also need to acknowledge the fact that you are a sinner but by the blood of Christ Jesus which was shared on the cross of Calvary you have been washed free from your sinful act and have accepted Him as your Lord and mighty Savior and ready to offer yourself to be used used by Him to share His gosple to the world.
God used ordinary people in extraordinary ways for His glory. Noah was a drunkard but God used him to save mankind. Why? He had a heart of a righteous man, blameless among his cohort and walked faithfully in the glory of almighty God. No wonder he was able to find grace in the sight of God and save the entire human race when God decided to destroy the earth.
Peter denied Christ Jesus yet God used him to preach the gospel. Rahab was a harlot but it was her house the two spies sent by Joshua lodged for protection from the soldiers after been exposed to danger in Jericho and the interesting part is that she got married to a prince I the land of Judah named Salmon, they begot Boaz who begot Obed, Obed begot Jesse, who also begot king David through which the generation of Christ Jesus can be traced.
If you are hungering for more of God, and desire to be used by Him then use whatever gifts, talents and abilities you have and direct these in the right direction towards God, motivated by a desire for His glory by using your God-given gifts and talents in the Church and beyond to edify God’s people and.expand the Kingdom of God.
Do you want to be used by God? Then open your heart to Him as He used you to make an impact and make an ordinary being join the multitude of ordinary saints before you who became extraordinary because they served a God who is glorified not by self-serving people but people who are humbled by His grace and holy before Him. Amen!

COMMENTS/TESTIMONIES...(USE ME LORD! by Nana JD) ;
2 Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. 8 We are hard pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9 persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed-- 10 always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. Please remember that the troubles in this life can never destroy us unless we give in to them and only if we don't have God on our side. May our Father in Heaven make a way for us. May His favor and Grace locate you from today onwards...stay blessed.

Determination [The Success Story Of Martha Bissah, Ghana's First Olympic Medalist]
"Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts." - Dan Gable
For one to be considered successful in life, one has to work hard, dedicate the needed effort in the job at hand, driven by the passion to succeed and focus on making the dream a possibility. Be determined and have the attitude that whether I win or lose one thing was for sure, I worked hard, believed in my dreams and dared to try and make that dream a reality and through the faith that I have and placed in God, my vision shall surely be fulfilled.
In life, the difference between success and failure is the hard-work, determination, discipline and passion one devotes to making their dream a reality. We all have dreams we want to accomplish and these dreams are worth achieving. Every dream has it own accompanied obstacles which are attached to them, the key to making that dream a reality is the drive, discipline, passion and dedication one devotes to overcome these obstacles they are likely to encounter on the road to success. Have the attitude that failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong and through the faith I have in God, I know through hardwork, discipline and determination I shall surely succeed in life.
This is the Bissah's family with the President of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, a family with an inspirational daughter [Martha Bissah] with a dream in her heart and through the hard-work, discipline and determination that this 17 year old teenager Martha Bissah had, her family are reaping the reward of the success story of this teenage daughter who became Ghana's first ever Gold Medalist at the Olympics at any level.
This family now have a story to tell their generations to come, they might not have been considered valuable in the society let alone the nation Ghana at large but through the success story of their daughter, they had the opportunity to meet the President of Ghana. Through Martha's hard-work, discipline, determination and the passion she devoted to her dream the family has become a success story to the whole of Ghana.
Martha Bissah (born 24 August 1997) is a Ghanaian athlete who won a Gold medal in the Girls' 800m race at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics. [Wikipedia] Martha has now brought hope to the numerous athletes in the country showing that through hard work, discipline, been focused and believing that your dream is achievable with the determination one devotes to making that dream a reality. She is now an influence to the upcoming young athletes and to other many Ghanians. Her success story shows us that, no matter where you are in life currently, no matter the circumstances that life confronts you with through determination and hard work you can overcome these obstacles.
Martha had very strong competitors, but she had self-confidence and focused on the price. She knew how much effort she had devoted to achieve the dream at hand and this was her opportunity to grab the price [gold medal] she always worked hard towards making her dream worthwhile. Martha did not lose her focus on the price.
Very few persons have been able to create the perfect blend of talent, determination and character which are the needed prerequisites of success. For persons like Martha Bissah who have been able to unlock the secret to this blend through her hard-work in training, been disciplined and listening to the instructions of her trainer, the determination and the sacrifices she made in her early development laid the foundation for the success that she is now experiencing today.
In the race [route] of life, to be successful you have to be disciplined, work hard and compliment these efforts with determination and stay in your own lane and have a positive attitude and run this race with purpose and passion. Work hard and perfect your field to be an inspiration to others who want to enter into that field.
As you set out everyday, have a positive attitude, choose the right way, work hard in that field of endeavour and never lose the last treasure in your alabaster box which is Hope! Be hopeful and never let the many obstacles let you down and keep praying and believe.
Before Martha Bissah left Ghana, I believe no one believed in her dream and capabilities but she believed in her own self and she worked hard, was disciplined and with determination and passion she had prayed and hoped she will reap the reward for her hard work. She was very disciplined and made much of the very little she had, we never heard her complaining about poor accommodation facilities, lack of the needed logistics to assist her in her training or even in the area of the monetary aspect. Her entire focus was aimed at achieving this dream in her heart to make sure that all her hard work paid off with fruitful reward.
Don't let that dream in your heart fade off because of your present condition in life, what matters most is the hard work you devote toward moving up the ladder of success in life.
Martha has now made her community, trainers, her school, her friends, other Ghanian athletes and her own family proud. You can also become an influence and do same with the small beginnings, work hard and with passion be disciplined, determined, hopeful and prayerful and God will surely lead you to success. It all depends on You!.

Showing Grace!
Read : Galatians 6:1-10
The Bible say's in Galatians 6:7 "For whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap."
My question for you today is what are you sowing in your own life, those you come in contact with and the ministry of God?
Do you show love and mercy to those who are different than us and very difficult to understand or you just write them off?
When Jesus saw us, He saw an opportunity to love and affirm value. When we see people, we often only see thousands of problems. What did Jesus know that enabled Him to do what He
did? He knew how people felt, and He knew that they were special. I hope you never forget that. The people in our lifes are a gift God gives to us for a season and we need to do our best to show them mercy and grace. God freely gave us mercy so let show mercy to others freely.
As you go through your daily activities in life, remember that the people in our life are a gift from God and God gifted us with these wonderful creation for a season and we are responsible to become a miracle in their life and help those who have addictions or other shortfall by encouraginging them and most important of all praying with them. There is power in prayer and when you pray have faith and the believe that God has heard your prayer and have answered the prayer.

Use Me Lord! Pt. II
Think of the Apostle Peter. Jesus told Peter that he would deny Him three times. Peter’s response was he would not deny Jesus. Here’s the thing, Peter did deny Jesus three times and Jesus saw it.
Imagine that you were the Apostle Peter the leader of the Apostles and a member of the inner circle of the Son of God Jesus Christ and you deny him three times.
You would feel devastated, full of shame and guilt. You say, “I’m such a failure that God can never use you” but that isn’t true. God uses our failure, hardship and trials for His glory. He turns what was meant for harm and uses it to glorify His name. You say that you are a failure and yet God says because of the finished work of Christ you are victorious.
The Apostle Peter went on to be mightily used by God. You may be broken right now but in due season God will build you up and use you for His glory. Don’t run from Him run to Jesus. God uses ordinary people for His glory.

Use Me Lord! Pt. I
You may not have many gifts, talents or abilities but every single Christian can be mightily used by God. Charles Spurgeon was converted to Gospel under the preaching a lay preacher. Martin Luther was convicted of his sin and came to saving faith after studying the books of Psalms and Romans. Your story may be completely different than that, but whatever gift, talent, or ability God has given you, make the best out of it and use it for His glory. Never despise these small beginning.
Whatever influence whether great or small use it for His glory. God has already given you a great deal of influence and that is okay for God to use you make an impact to your generation.

Become A Miracle Pt. II
READ : Proverbs 11:25
When God created us, He put into us seed's of miracle to help those around us and make an impact in their lifes. The Scripture says " a generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed."
There are people all around us praying to God for a miracle, have you noticed God gave us our voice to encourage the depressed, HE gave us arms to hug and our Hands to lift the falling. God brings people in our path for a reason, take time to become a miracle and God will give you all the miracles you need.
True Religion goes to where the needs are, true religion doesn't judge people but offer them the help they need. The closest thing to the heart of God is taking the opportunity to reach out to the hurting. Take time to look around and become the answer to someone's prayer.
As believers, our real assignments starts when we leave the House Of God. That is when our faith is been tested. Who are you helping to breakout of their depression that they encounter, are you encouraging the hurting, lifting the falling or rather finding faults and judging them? The Scripture talks about how kind words works wonders, take time to speak kind words to those you come into contact with to lift them up out of their depression.

Steps To Determine Your Hidden Treasures Given To You By God.
God created us all with special gifts and talents hidden in us. The problem most of us face is that, we do not realize such potentials and these potential dies-out ultimately without been utilized.
Most human beings take pleasure in doing things that not only brings them emolument but also happiness and recognition. I also believe that everyone has hidden talents that are not yet discovered. Before you answer the question of what is your hidden talent, First answer this question. What do you enjoy doing most? and also what makes you happy. After discovering what you enjoy doing most and what makes you happy, you are steps away from unearthing these hidden talents.
Therefore it is essential to develop and act upon this potential to reach the hidden treasure that lies within, regardless of obstacles, setbacks, mistakes, disappointments you may encounter. We have a duty to add to the world the fullness of our gifts, and not rob it of the solutions that only each of us individually can provide!
Here Are Some Steps You Will Need To Follow To Unearth Your Burden Talents Courtesy Wiki How
1. Think about what you love to do. What do you usually enjoy doing, without being asked? What do you seem to be naturally good at? On what do you focus best or most
enthusiastically? What must you be dragged away from doing?
2. Play . Whatever that means to you, let yourself do it. It's not just for children. Experiment, explore, investigate. Try doing different things and entertain different activities. Even try on different
personalities. Give yourself a safe environment for your explorations, one in which you feel free to explore and try different things without the creative inhibition that tells you you might be "wrong". That could be as simple as practicing something alone, with nobody or only a trusted friend looking on. If nobody has to read your practice writing or watches your early attempts at dancing or looks at the notebook where you worked out the details of your latest invention, you won't have to worry about what they think of it.
3. Try taking some personality tests. They can offer insights into the way that you think. These sorts of tests do not identify talents in and of themselves, but they can lend insights that might provide part of the puzzle.
4. Learn about your learning style. You can find online quizzes for that, too. Major learning styles are visual, auditory, reading/ writing, and tactile/kin-esthetic.
5. Notice what people tell you about yourself. Do they notice that you light up when you explain something? Does everybody seem to compliment you on your writing? Your physical coordination?
6. Consider your interests . What sorts of things do you like to read about, write about, or talk about? What shows do you watch on television? What magazine and newspaper articles catch your eye?
7. Notice what you're not good at, also. What seems always to be a struggle? What makes you feel awkward or out of place? For instance, some people are great talkers but hate writing; for others, it's the other way around. That's not to say you can't develop skills and strategies in areas that are not your forte and can work on developing such weakness.
8. Keep a journal or notebook of some sort. It doesn't have to be fancy or formal. You could keep it on the computer or even use voice recordings, if you prefer. Free-writing from time to time is one good way to get at what's on your mind. If writing isn't for you, try drawing pictures, "mind-mapping", or making notes some other way that suits you. Regardless of the method, capture your thoughts now and then. It can help you to spot patterns and themes within your life.
9. Practice . Once you find something you love to do, do more of it. You will improve your skills and refine your technique this way.
You will also discover the depths of your talent, whether it was more a passing phase. Even if the interest turns out to be temporary, you may notice what interested you the most and work on that to improve it.
10. Share your talent with others. It's okay to practice by yourself, but at some point, you should nurture your talent by finding a teacher, even if it's just somebody else with more experience at something who can give you advice. Having an audience (even a small one) is, in many cases, equally important.
11. Use your talent . Make the world a better place, or just show off. Consider making a career of it, or just a hobby . Or if you just want to make it useful just for yourself.
Dr. Munroe states: Everything in life was created with potential and possesses the potential principle. In every seed there is a tree… in every bird a flock… in every fish a school… in every cow a herd… in every boy a man… in every girl a woman… in every nation a generation. Tragedy strikes when a tree dies in a seed, a man in a boy, a woman in a girl, an idea in a mind. For untold millions, visions die unseen, songs die unsung, plans die unexecuted and futures die buried in the past. The problems of our world go not answered because potential remains buried. Therefore let us dig up and discover our hidden treasures and find the wealth of our potential!
Dealing With Temptations.
Everyone faces temptation. But the truth is, very few people deal with it effectively. That shouldn’t be the case, and it doesn’t have to be the case for us believers. There are some very simple and effective ways of dealing with temptation that you should know, and if you’ll put them into practice, I guarantee, you’ll come out the as a Victor and not a victim of TEMPTATION.
Temptation is the desire to perform an action that one may enjoy immediately or in the short term but will probably later regret for various reasons: legal, social, psychological (including feeling guilt ), health-related, economic, etc. In the context of religion, temptation is the inclination to sin . Temptation also describes the coaxing or inducing a person into committing such an act, by manipulation or otherwise of curiosity, desire or fear of loss. [ WIKIPEDIA ].
Religious Usage.
Temptation has implications deeply rooted in Judaism and The Old Testament , starting with the story of Eve and the original sin.
You Can Alternatively visit this LINK to read on how to overcome temptations and deal with SPIRITUAL PROMOTION
It has been said, “Fail to plan and you’re planning to fail.” That statement could not be truer when it’s applied to temptation. I don’t know anyone who gets up in the morning and prays to fail when faced with temptation, but I believe that every believers aim is to get up each morning and does what the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." and also in James 1:12-16 "Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death. Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers. "
God has promised as through HIS guide[ The Holy Bible] that HE will not allow circumstances come our way which we cannot overcome. We as believers should accept the reality that temptations will come our way but the Creator of the Universe has equipped as with the full armor to be victorious.
So, first and most important, you must be prepared. 2 Chronicles 12:14 says it this way, “And he did evil, because he prepared not his heart to seek the LORD.”
This was speaking of Rehoboam, the king of Judah and the son of Solomon. He started off as a good king who was seeking the Lord. But just like many people today, he wasn’t prepared for what would inevitably come his way. When Satan throws temptation our way, if we’re not already prepared, it’s too late. We'd probably even lose the fight.
Jesus Christ prepared Himself. He spent thirty years getting ready for His encounter with the devil, and He started preparing early. At the age of 12, He was asking questions of the doctors of the Law and astounding them with His answers. He had obviously spent many hours reading and studying the Scriptures. I’m sure that study continued all His life, but even Christ Jesus needed more. Before He was tempted by Satan face to face, He was anointed with the Holy Spirit at His baptism by John in the Jordan River. Jesus Christ went into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil, full of the power of the Holy Spirit. Being filled with the Holy Spirit is an absolute necessity for overcoming temptation. There are many Christians who received the Holy Spirit years ago and haven’t been full of the Holy Spirit a day since.
It’s not about what happened to us long ago; we have to stay full of the Holy Spirit. One way of doing that is to speak in tongues on a regular basis. Jude 1:20-21 says, “But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.”
Praying in tongues builds us up on our most holy faith. How many times have you needed your most holy faith to take you through a certain trial, and yet you haven’t used this gift of the Holy Spirit? Verse 21 also says we keep ourselves in the love of God when we speak in tongues. Have you ever asked the Lord to pour out His love on you? I imagine you have, but this doesn’t say to pray that way; it says we are to keep ourselves in the love of God. We do that by speaking in tongues. We don’t ask God for that which He’s already given, we simply stir up the love that has already been commended toward us, by speaking in tongues.
This is a powerful gift. Isaiah 28:11-12 says, “For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, This is the rest where with ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.”
Do you ever need rest or refreshing? I can certainly guarantee that you do, and this verse says speaking in tongues is the way to get it. We have a tremendously powerful gift available to us through the Holy Spirit, but few people take advantage of it. Instead, we ask God to do what He told us to do. We need to use this gift of speaking in tongues to stir ourselves up, or we risk sinking to the bottom.
You must also know who you are. Matthew Chapter 4 and Luke Chapter 4 record the temptation of Jesus in the wilderness. One of the most amazing aspects of those temptations was that Satan began two of the three temptations with the words, “If thou be the Son of God.” Many people have missed this point. The real temptation was Satan’s attempt to get Christ Jesus to doubt who He was. That’s the same way he attacked Adam and Eve. The serpent told Eve that if she would eat the forbidden fruit, she would be like God (Gen. 3:5).
The truth was that she was already like God, but she didn’t know it. The reason why Adam sinned was simply because he didn’t know who he really was. However Christ Jesus, didn’t sin, because He did know who he was. Knowing your true identity in Christ is one of the greatest defenses you can possibly have against temptation.
Jesus had just heard His Father speak to Him in an audible voice saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased” (Matt. 3:17). There was also a visible sign from God when the Holy Spirit descended on Christ Jesus in the shape of a dove. Jesus had to anchor His faith in who His Father said He was. But immediately, Satan came to Him saying, “If thou be the Son of God,command that these stones be made bread” (Matt. 4:3).
The real temptation was never about turning stones into bread. It was Satan’s attempt to manipulate Jesus Christ into doubting His Father’s Word and doing something to prove who He was. Satan was trying to find and exploit any insecurity in Jesus Christ.
When you were a kid, I’m sure someone at some time dared you to do something stupid. The real issue wasn’t whether or not you could do it but whether you were “afraid” to do it.
And sad to say, many of us took the dare and did something that hurt us or shamed us just to prove that we weren’t. All we really succeeded in proving was that we feared their disapproval so much that we weren’t willing to do what was right. The truly fearless response would have been to walk away, secure in who we were, earning their respect through character rather than performance.
Satan was daring Christ Jesus—”If You’re really the Son of God, if what You heard from the Father in an audible voice is really true, then prove it, and turn this stone into bread.” Turning a stone into bread would not have been sin. It would have been sin if Jesus Christ had doubted the words of His heavenly Father declaring who He was by placing more faith in what a miracle could say about Him. You must know who you are if you want to overcome temptation. No matter what form Satan’s temptations may take, they are all directed at causing us to doubt who we are. It’s also important to understand that all temptation is rooted in selfishness. In fact, our selfishness is really Satan’s beachhead.
Jesus stripped him of his power two thousand years ago, so the only thing he can really do is deceive us through our own selfish desires. The Bible tells us exactly what they are in 1 John 2:16, “For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.” And in James 1:14 we read, “But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.”
Satan is not limitless; deception is his only weapon. All he can do is try to deceive us into thinking that God really can’t or won’t fulfill our lives. Every single temptation of the enemy is packaged in the form of the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, or the pride of life. But they’re all designed to entice us and cause us to doubt that God will meet our needs.
Selfishness is always the favorite playground of the devil, and when selfishness rules in our lives, we open the door to his deceptive schemes. You can’t be tempted unless you have first thought about it. All temptation is linked to what you think on. Therefore, control your thoughts, and you will control temptation. This is a simple but profound truth. It’s the reason most people fall into temptation. It’s like a man who had been dared by a colleague to play a video game without knowing how to use the controls. Sooner or later, he would be at the losing end. Think on the wrong things long enough, and sooner or later you will fall into sin when tempted.
Philippians 4:8 says this, “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”
Temptation will come, but it’s hard for the devil to deceive you when your mind is stayed on those things. Satan can only work with what you give him, so don’t give him any space in your mind. You’ll be able to avoid many of the temptations you face if you will put this into practice.
The Word is powerful—use it. Jesus Christ countered every temptation of the devil with the Word. Think about it, Jesus Christ was the Word, and everything He said would have been Scripture and more than sufficient to rebuke the devil. Yet He would say, “It is written” then He quoted God’s Word. If it was important for Christ Jesus to quote the Word, it’s even more important for us to do the same. We must know God’s Word to effectively overcome temptation. That goes back to being prepared; you can’t quote scripture you haven’t learned, and there isn’t any power in what you don’t know or understand.
Don’t wait till you’re in the middle of a huge temptation to start thinking about how to deal with it; it will be too late. Take the time now to prepare yourself for those temptations that will inevitably come your way.

The Healing Power Of Laughter.
[Humanity] has unquestionably one really effective weapon—laughter. Power, money, persuasion, supplication, persecution—these can lift at a colossal humbug—push it a little—weaken it a little, century by century; but only laughter can blow it to rags and atoms at a blast. Grace : The Anchor Of God's Forgiveness
I wanted to know what type of kid would do this? Had he always been a bully? Was he always hurting other people? - The words of Victoria Ruvolo.Victoria Ruvolo do not remember the 18-year-old boy leaning out the window holding, of all things, a frozen turkey. He threw it at her windshield. Crashing through the glass, it shattered Victoria's face like a dinner plate on concrete.
John 13:14-15 says, Since I, the Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash each others feet. Do as I have done to you.
This was the words of Jesus Christ, He wanted us to understand that no matter how influential you might be, one thing is certain, we all need His Grace. Victoria Ruvolo did that. Months later, she stood face to face with her offender in court. No longer cocky, he was trembling, tearful, and apologetic. Six months behind bars, five years probation. Everyone in the courtroom objected. He sobbed, and she spoke, I forgive you. I want your life to be the best it can be. The reduced sentence was her idea. God gave me a second chance at life, and I passed it on, she said! Grace chooses to see God's forgiveness!
How The Story Happened And How Grace Took Place Through Forgiveness.
On a cold night in November 12, 2004 six teenagers in Ronkonkoma, New York bought a 20 pound turkey with a stolen credit card. While driving on Sunrise Highway, 18 year-old Ryan Cushing threw the frozen bird out the back window just for a thrill. The turkey hit Victoria Ruvolo's car, shattering the windshield and smashed into her face. She was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. She awoke several weeks later with no knowledge of what had happened. Victoria has written about her experiences in a book titled " No Room For Vengeance in Justice and Healing."
When I looked in the mirror, I could see it was me but my whole face was smashed in and every single bone in my face was broken. I had no idea. I had ten hours of surgery and I was shocked when the doctors told me that from now on, for the rest of my life, I would always have three titanium plates in my left cheek, one in my right cheek, and also have a wire mesh holding my left eye in place because my left eye socket was so badly shattered.
Once I got off the medication, I remember lying in the bedroom at my sisters house and just crying myself to sleep and asking: Why me God? What did I ever do so wrong and so terrible in my life that I deserved all this to happen to me? And I cry myself to sleep. But then, gradually, it began to dawn on me that perhaps God had allowed me to live through this ordeal because I was in such great physical condition. The idea that it had happened for a reason and that I had saved someone else who might not have been able to survive helped me get through rehabilitation.
Then the District Attorney informed me that the other teenagers who had been with Ryan had entered a plea bargain to testify against him. This, coupled with overwhelming evidence, was enough to put Ryan in jail for 25 years. It was at this point that I started asking questions about Ryan. I wanted to know what type of kid would do this? Had he always been a bully? Was he always hurting other people? What could possibly have built up inside him so bad that he had to throw something so hard? Because I experienced the death of two brothers when I was much younger, I felt strongly that I did not want be responsible for taking this other young persons life. I did not. want Ryan to rot in jail. That is when I asked to meet with Ryan's lawyer to be able to tell him that I wanted an amnesty for Ryan or at least a lesser sentence.
On the day we went to court, I saw this young man walk in wearing a suit which looked like it was three times too big for him; it made him seem so frail. He walked in with his head hung down and looked so upset with himself. When I saw him there, my heart went out to him. To me he looked like a lost soul. Once the case was over and it was time for him to walk out, he started veering over towards where I was sitting and every court officer was ready to jump on him. They had no idea why he was coming towards me but as he walked over to where I was sitting and stood in front of me, I saw that all he was doing was crying, crying profusely. He looked at me and said, I never meant this to happen to you, I prayed for you every day. I am so glad you are doing well. Then this motherly instinct just came over me and all I could do was take him and cuddle him like a child and tell him just do something good with your life, take this experience and do something good with your life. Because I asked for amnesty for Ryan, he received a six-month prison sentence with five years probation of community service and psychiatric help. Some people could not understand why I have done this but I felt God had given me a second chance and I wanted to pass it on. I know I did the right thing. Kids like Ryan do not think about what they do. They think they are invincible and everything will be OK. They do not think about how every action has a reaction.
INSIGHT
Most people would have told the judge to sentence Ryan to serve a long prison sentence for his crime committed but Victoria showed that she was not most people. Look at your feet. They’re wet with Grace.
Jesus has washed your feet. He has washed the grimiest parts of our life. To accept grace is the vow to give it and Victoria did just that. You don’t endorse the deeds of your offender when you forgive them, you only show them Grace. Jesus didn’t endorse our sins by forgiving you. Grace sees the hurt full well but it refuses to let hurts poison the heart the book of Proverbs teaches, " that above all things we must guide our Heart." Where grace is lacking, bitterness abounds. Where grace abounds, forgiveness grows. So, let the hands of God wipe away every dirty part of your life. Then look across the room and wash someone else feet with Grace.
The Scripture says in Roman 5: 20 that, … but where sin increased, Grace increased the more.
Let grace begin and continue in you! AMEN.

Unconditional Love.
A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. - Jesus Christ
READ 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 " Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
Unconditional Love is known as affection without any limitations. It can be also love without conditions. By contrast, unconditional love is frequently used to describe love between family members, comrades in arms and between others in highly committed relationships and hence the amount of love that remains between this bond is seen as unchanging and unconditional. [ Wikipedia ]
In Religion, unconditional love is thought to be part of The Four Loves; affection, friendship, romance, and unconditional.
The Holy Bible says in 1 Corinthians 13:13 " and now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. "
From this scripture, we can all say that love is the greatest treasure we can all show to one another, if you love someone, you will give the same person a one more time anytime they wrong you, you will be kind, patient, and accept them for who they are. You do not keep any records of their shortcomings or deceitful acts they commit. You simply let go and show them what love really does to the human race.
Love lifts the falling, it's heal the down-hearted, breaks down negative barriers and push others up to be able to break-out of their detrimental attitude and when that happens to them, it encourage them to show love to others.
Unconditional Love say's I am going to love you as to whether you follow my principles or act according to my laws. The truth is, it does not take much effort to love people that acts as we are, worship us we do or even dress like as we do. Who will show love to those who are very different than us, very difficult to understand or agree with.?
Loving unconditionally is when we love others even if they don't meet our standards. God's love for His children is not exclusive to certain special people but it's all comprehensive.
The reality most of us fail to acknowledge is that where that person we perceive to be making poor choices in Life and the one we brand as a failure in Life is not their final destination in Life. We are all on a journey in Life and God has a purpose for all HIS creation. As we brand them as victims of failure, God labels them as victors, more than a conqueror and a masterpiece.
Before you judge others for their shortcomings or where they are currently in Life, take time to listen to their story, what they have been through and why they are exhibiting such traits in life and why they continue to make such mistakes and look negative from the exterior [ see John 7:24 ] and continue to sow this seeds of love and as you do that you pray with them and give them hope which will help them embrace change and break-out of their distress. The Scripture says in 1 John 4:8 " whoever does not love does not know God, because His is Love. "
If it was not for the grace of Almighty God you could be where they are in Life. Our love for each other should not be based on as to whether the person has good or bad morals, or on political affiliations or even based on theological differences. That neighbor, colleague or co-worker you see through the eyes of judgment and see them as victims and failures in life might end up been your next supervisor, a pastor or even your next president or founder of a new company. Instead of seeing them through eyes of judgment, see them through eyes of love.
When you sow seeds of Love, you sow joy into others and when they have a joyful attitude it makes them feel good and when they feel good, they do good and reminds them about how love can change the human nature and will inspire others to love others unconditionally.
LET LOVE LEAD!

The Power Of Friendship!
I cannot even imagine where I would be today were it not for that handful of friends who have given me a heart full of joy. Let's face it, friends make life a lot more fun. - Charles R. Swindoll
Friendship is that mutual relationship of affection between two or more people. Friendship is a stronger form of interpersonal bond than an association.
Although there are many forms of friendship, some of which may vary from place to place, certain characteristics are present in many types of friendship. Such characteristics include affection, sympathy, empathy, honesty, kindness, mutual understanding and compassion, enjoyment of each others company, trust, and the ability to be oneself, express one's feelings, and make mistakes without fear of judgment from the friend.
Proverbs 18:24 ' A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother '
I believe in miracles and dreams that will come true.
I believe in tender moments and friendship, through and through.
I believe in stardust and moonbeams all aglow.
I believe that if we touch a gift we can impart.
I believe that friends are supposed to be there for each other through tick and thin.
And when I am sad and lonely, I know my friends hears my cry .
I believe that when we laugh our hearts outs, this sparkle of friendship starts to shine and we remember those sweet moments we have together!
And I just know that spark we share in common will spread from our hearts than just mine.
I believe the gifts you have are there for us to share.
And when you give them from the heart, the whole world knows you care.
I believe that love is still the greatest gift of all and that a perfect friend will ignite that love as we support each other . - nEshunGh
Don't ignore the friends in your life, hold them in high esteem and show your care through love.

LIVE THE DREAM
"Nothing happens... But first a dream." Carl Sandburg - American poet (1878-1967)
Nothing truly happens without first having a thought to take root. Do you dream to ... travel, get married, build a career, learn to cook, take dance lessons, have a baby, learn a new language or plant a garden?
Chances are no steps will be taken until the thought arises and a desire emerges strong enough to act upon that thought. Many of us wander through life with little notice about fulfilling our heart's desire. It may be time to search for that spark of enthusiasm that lights up our heart and opens the door to new adventure. Could it be time for your dream to unfold? You Are One Of A Kind.
" A person's worth in this world is estimated according to the value he places on himself ." Jean de la Bruyere - French philosopher (1645-1696)
To diminish oneself announces to the world the appropriate level of value that is to be bestowed. Are you devaluing yourself? It may be time to re-evaluate. Who does God say you are? You are a treasured and unique creation of God's and to diminish His handiwork is to diminish the Creator. Search yourself and humbly recognize your strong points, abilities and traits. Give credit to God for his special design. Adjust and upgrade your self worth. God doesn't make junk. When God breath His life into you, He programmed as victors, one of a kind, innovator and equipped us with all that we need to succeed. Stop making excuses and step into the amazing future God destined for you by realizing your potentials and making use of it.
To successfully make use of those potentials God destined for you, you need to first make plans to succeed. Success in life is not accidental. In other for you to succeed, you need to plan and make use of the opportunities that life has to offer. Redeem every second of your life and make the best out of those opportunities in life. Know that your talents are unique and the value you place on yourself will enable you will enable you make the best out of your unique talents.
If you think your talents are simply for you to make a lot of money, retire, and die, you’ve missed the point of your life. God gave you talents to benefit others, not yourself. And God gave other people talents that benefit you.Think about the impact you will bring to the world should you identify your unique talent, make plans to succeed and most of all redeem the time and make use of the opportunities life has to offer.
We’re all a part of the body of Christ, and each-one matters. There are no insignificant people in the family of God. You are shaped to serve God, and he is testing you to see how you are going to use the talents he gave you.
The scripture has placed emphasis on the fact that we as the creations of Almighty God should use the gifts God has gifted us to serve one another. Someone out there needs your smile, a simple phone call or even a smile. Don't underestimate those potentials in you!
You are the child of God and you were created as a victor!
