Steps To Determine Your Hidden Treasures Given To You By God.

God created us all with special gifts and talents hidden in us. The problem most of us face is that, we do not realize such potentials and these potential dies-out ultimately without been utilized.
Most human beings take pleasure in doing things that not only brings them emolument but also happiness and recognition. I also  believe that everyone has hidden talents that are not yet discovered. Before you answer the question of what is your hidden talent, First answer this question. What do you enjoy doing most? and also what makes you happy. After discovering what you enjoy doing most and what makes you happy, you are steps away from unearthing these hidden talents.

Therefore it is essential to develop and act upon this potential to reach the hidden treasure that lies within, regardless of obstacles, setbacks, mistakes, disappointments you may encounter. We have a duty to add to the world the fullness of our gifts, and not rob it of the solutions that only each of us individually can provide!

Here Are Some Steps You Will Need To Follow To Unearth Your Burden Talents Courtesy Wiki How

1. Think about what you love to do. What do you usually enjoy doing, without being asked? What do you seem to be naturally good at? On what do you focus best or most
enthusiastically? What must you be dragged away from doing?

2. Play . Whatever that means to you, let yourself do it. It's not just for children. Experiment, explore, investigate. Try doing different things and entertain different activities. Even try on different
personalities. Give yourself a safe environment for your explorations, one in which you feel free to explore and try different things without the creative inhibition that tells you you might be "wrong". That could be as simple as practicing something alone, with nobody or only a trusted friend looking on. If nobody has to read your practice writing or watches your early attempts at dancing or looks at the notebook where you worked out the details of your latest invention, you won't have to worry about what they think of it.

3. Try taking some personality tests. They can offer insights into the way that you think. These sorts of tests do not identify talents in and of themselves, but they can lend insights that might provide part of the puzzle.

4. Learn about your learning style. You can find online quizzes for that, too. Major learning styles are visual, auditory, reading/ writing, and tactile/kin-esthetic.

5. Notice what people tell you about yourself. Do they notice that you light up when you explain something? Does everybody seem to compliment you on your writing?  Your physical coordination?

6. Consider your interests . What sorts of things do you like to read about, write about, or talk about? What shows do you watch on television? What magazine and newspaper articles catch your eye?

7. Notice what you're not good at, also. What seems always to be a struggle? What makes you feel awkward or out of place? For instance, some people are great talkers but hate writing; for others, it's the other way around. That's not to say you can't develop skills and strategies in areas that are not your forte and can work on developing such weakness.

8. Keep a journal or notebook of some sort. It doesn't have to be fancy or formal. You could keep it on the computer or even use voice recordings, if you prefer. Free-writing from time to time is one good way to get at what's on your mind. If writing isn't for you, try drawing pictures, "mind-mapping", or making notes some other way that suits you. Regardless of the method, capture your thoughts now and then. It can help you to spot patterns and themes within your life.

9. Practice . Once you find something you love to do, do more of it. You will improve your skills and refine your technique this way.
You will also discover the depths of your talent, whether it was more a passing phase. Even if the interest turns out to be temporary, you may notice what interested you the most and work on that to improve it.

10. Share your talent with others. It's okay to practice by yourself, but at some point, you should nurture your talent by finding a teacher, even if it's just somebody else with more experience at something who can give you advice. Having an audience (even a small one) is, in many cases, equally important.

11. Use your talent . Make the world a better place, or just show off. Consider making a career of it, or just a hobby . Or if you just want to make it useful just for yourself.

Dr. Munroe states: Everything in life was created with potential and possesses the potential principle. In every seed there is a tree… in every bird a flock… in every fish a school… in every cow a herd… in every boy a man… in every girl a woman… in every nation a generation. Tragedy strikes when a tree dies in a seed, a man in a boy, a woman in a girl, an idea in a mind. For untold millions, visions die unseen, songs die unsung, plans die unexecuted and futures die buried in the past. The problems of our world go not answered because potential remains buried. Therefore let us dig up and discover our hidden treasures and find the wealth of our potential!

LIVE THE DREAM

"Nothing happens... But first a dream." Carl Sandburg - American poet (1878-1967)

Nothing truly happens without first having a thought to take root. Do you dream to ... travel, get married, build a career, learn to cook, take dance lessons, have a baby, learn a new language or plant a garden?
Chances are no steps will be taken until the thought arises and a desire emerges strong enough to act upon that thought. Many of us wander through life with little notice about fulfilling our heart's desire. It may be time to search for that spark of enthusiasm that lights up our heart and opens the door to new adventure. Could it be time for your dream to unfold? Dare to dream and get ready for a life of adventure! Your Dream starts with a Step Of Faith.

Live Your Dream [ Part 2 ]

Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world. - Harriet Tubman

Read : Genesis 37

In the book of Genesis 37, the 5th verse says " Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him the more. "
Joseph had a dream which even made his own brothers envy of him and even had a plan to kill him [verse 20] but God had a plan for Joseph and placed Ruben[verse 21] at right place to save the Life of Joseph and ultimately fulfill God's plan for Joseph when [Genesis 41:41] Pharaoh placed him in Charge of the whole land of Egypt.
God has a plan[dream] for all HIS children, some of us may fulfill those dreams without encountering challenges others may also experience challenges before these dreams come to past. No matter the challenge you encounter in fulfilling those dreams know that God has equipped us with the needed strength to thrive above those circumstances. You were created by God and is destined to reign!

[Humanity] has unquestionably one really effective weapon — laughter. INSIGHT
The Scripture says in Proverbs 15:13  " A glad heart makes a cheerful face, but by sorrow of heart the spirit is crushed. "
A glad heart is one which is filled with joy and always expects the best even when the situation at hand feels heavy.
Laughter and Joy make great partners like salt and pepper; bread and butter; and a baseball bat and ball. Laughter makes one forget the seriousness of the day; the dark clouds of worry; and the looming regrets of yesterday. Joy nurtures the soul; warms the heart and promises the dreams of tomorrow. Bring them together in your relationships today and watch the seeds of sunshine grow. Laugh often and be full of Joy forever!

Scripture Of The Day
Job 8:21 " He will yet fill your mouth with laughter, and your lips with shouting."

Live Your Dream.

"Our dreams are like a puppy's paws - they start out big so they can support as we grow." Dixie Gillespie - Author

Got big dreams? No worries! Big dreams would be the glue that keeps us together when rough reality crops up. Along comes naysayers, obstacles, barriers, financial hurdles, or physical limitations. Keeping those dreams alive depends on the passion and power of the grip of those dreams in the dreamer. Dreams are worth dreaming. They enliven and spark the soul of our being. Dare to allow yourself to live out your dreams.

INSIGHT

In 1 Kings 3:5-15 "At Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon during the night in a dream, and God said, "Ask for whatever you want me to give you."  Solomon answered... 'Give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?' The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for this.  So God said to him, "Since you have asked for this and not for long life or wealth for yourself, nor have asked for the death of your enemies but for discernment in administering justice, I will do what you have asked. I will give you a wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be.
Moreover, I will give you what you have not asked for—both riches and honor—so that in your lifetime you will have no equal among kings.  And if you walk in my ways and obey my statutes and commands as David your father did, I will give you a long life."   Then Solomon awoke—and he realized it had been a dream."

Like Wise King Solomon, his dream was for Almighty God to give him a discerning heart to govern his people, notice Solomon did not ask for riches and honor but rather God gave it freely to him, dare to ask God for wisdom and all other things will be added Unto you, and with his Grace by you side, you will surely succeed in Christ Jesus name AMEN!

Always remember to stand for what you believe in even if that means standing ALONE, and as you stand alone quit allowing your past shortfalls from interfering with your destination(dream). - nEshun

Years From Today.

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." H. Jackson Brown, Jr. - American Author

Bowline is an ancient knot used to form a fixed loop at the end of a rope allowing the rope to be easily tied or untied. Bowlines, also, allow a boat to be safely and quickly perched near the shore away from troubling storms and near safety nets. It's very comfortable living a predictable and safe life. Are you fixed, inflexible and unwilling to venture out? Who wants to live in the midst of storms? Life brings us storms no matter how close to the shore we stay. And it's unwise to create our own storms, but sometimes storms just happen. We can, however choose to grow and mature our way through life's storms and learn to appreciate storms as opportunities. Who wants to live in the midst storms? The pioneers do. The dreamers do. The explorers do. And the discovers do. One doesn't have to live recklessly to be a pioneer, but don't be afraid to loosen the ropes of restriction and sail away from the shore and into unknown territories. Tie your ropes of reliance onto your Father in Heaven.

Bubbles In Our Life.

"Two bubbles found they had rainbows on their curves. They flickered out saying: It's worth being a bubble, just to have held that rainbow thirty seconds." Carl Sandburg - American writer/poet (1878-1967)

Many people seek to experience their fifteen minutes of fame during their lifetime but how much greater the experience when the fame reflected is in the form of hope growing in others. Oh what joy to hold another person's rainbow in your mind's eye if for just a few seconds. What an invaluable priviledge to have had a part in reflecting the rainbow of hope to another. God shares his plan with those that seek. Allow His plan of love and energy to allow you to have a heart for God's vision. Be a part of His plan and see what He has planned for those who believe. Our lives are but a bubble in time. Allow God's love to reflect that bubble of hope in others not discouragement. Be the rainbow of love . . . How? Rest in his hands like a bubble and reflect his love toward others.

You Are Responsible For Your Own Happiness.

Although this endeavor will be different for everyone, this article will contain all kinds of advice. Hopefully everyone can get something out of this 13 steps.

1. Start off by looking at yourself and knowing who you really are and where your interest in life lies. Not in comparison to anyone else, but just look at yourself. Ask yourself these simple questions.

Who am I?

What is my purpose(destiny) in Life?

Where do I currently stand in my life?

What role do I play in others lives?
(Sister, mother, friend, role model,
teacher, partner, etc..)

Am I living to my fullest potential?

Am I happy? Fulfilled? At peace?
Why, or why not?

2. One huge mistake people make in their lives is covering themselves from pain. Hiding from the truth. Denying reality. DEATH exists. Become at peace with that. MURDERS and RAPE and DISEASES happen. Accept it. Once you face the facts that life isn't all rainbows and butterflies, you will be more prepared to handle tough situations, and you won't take disappointment as such a shock.

3. Determine which people in your life are actually worth your care . Eliminate all the fake friends and the users from your list who always pour-out their short-comings in life and expect you to assume responsibility and save them out. It's good to offer a helping hand to those in needs but sometimes people tend to use you as a crouch and end up making poor decisions and always expect you to bail them out. List only those who make you feel happy when you're around them. Now make an effort to spend more time around those people, and relatively less time around the people who do no good for you or your life. It's okay to be a little selfish in this sense every once in a while. Just be sure you give back an equal amount to what you take (and that doesn't only mean physical things, but emotional needs, as well).

4. Look on the dark side . Yes, this isn't a mistake, the DARK side. Because often times, when dealing with personal relationships,  looking on the bright side just leads to disappointment when we are let down from what we expect or wish to happen. As the cliche' goes, 'hope for the best, expect the
worst.' Did you know the formula for happiness is Reality divided by Expectations? What it means is don't think you are going to get what you want.

5. Find something you love to do, and do it . Do it often. Simple as that. From my personal experience, I was very fond of following football which I still do but not much often, writing article on them, updating my followers who joined a sports page I was an administrator on, although I loved what I did, I once came to know that what I was once into was not actually what I wanted to do in life. I can confidently say that Sharing the Gospel Of Grace through blogging has given me the Joy I need and even enabled me to discover some hidden potentials in me and now I very happy in this field.

6. Often, change is a good thing. Change they say is always a Choice and you have the responsibility to change or not. Welcome something new into your life, whether it be a new friend, a new interest (separate from the one from the step above), or a new favorite show you watch religiously. Change up your routine a little. There are billions of Gods creation out there waiting for you to take advantage of to make Life worth living.

7. Think back to something you loved in your childhood. Did you once the passion for writing articles? Your love for spending time with your family and friends? Maybe playing make-believe with your friends? Revisit one of those things, and you will most likely recreate the joy it used to bring.
Play and enjoy every precious time of your life with your family and friends, or do something to change the life of those around you. Let a child bring you into their carefree world for a few hours. It could be your little cousin, your own children, or you could babysit and enjoy the world of your childhood days.

8. Always try to see every situation from different perspective. Don't just see things your way, actually take the time to try to see things through the eyes of another. You'll gain insight, which can be enlightening.

9. Blast some music and just dance your heart out. Lose it in the music. Either alone or with friends. Just dance for hours. You'll get a good workout and release those formula
which make you happy. Speaking of music, you can click on this LINK ,to download one of my favorite songs this year by NANA JD - Great Is Your Name. Don't forget to put on your dancing shoes.

10. Try something you've never tried before. Take up a class, or use directionals maps and try to figure it out for yourself. Cooking, painting, whatever. And if you screw up, laugh it off for a secured person is always able to laugh their way out even if things don't go their way.

11. Smile . As often as possible. When you don't even feel like it. Just do it for you look so much better when you smile, So Smile!

12. Stop hiding from your misery . Realize the cause of your negative feelings and attempt to find solutions and ways to overcome it in the near future. If you simply cannot fix it, screw it. Anything that is out of your control is a waste of your time. No longer let it faze you.

13. In the end it comes down to you . Only YOU have the power to allow yourself to be happy.

SpiritFire.

Verse

[Peter said,] "Then Jesus arrived from Nazareth, anointed by God with the Holy Spirit, ready for action. He went through the country helping people and healing everyone who was beaten down by the Devil. He was able to do all this because God was with him." — Acts 10:38

Thought

The Bible talks about the Holy Spirit as the promised gift of God. While there are many amazing things about this gift, one of the most amazing is that the gift of the Holy Spirit, this anointing from God, is something we share in common with Jesus. More than just helping us intellectually know the truth about Jesus (1 John 2:20-27), the Holy Spirit is at work to conform us to be like Jesus (2 Cor. 3:18). This gift ensures that God is not "out there somewhere," but that God lives in us and we are his holy temple because of his presence within us (1 Cor. 6:19-20). Our response? To be people in whom God is glorified! We are gifted and we in turn glorify the Giftor!

Prayer

Almighty God, to think you would come and live inside me through your Holy Spirit is incredibly humbling. I confess that I do not think about this as frequently as I should. There are times that I have not dedicated myself to being a holy place for your presence to dwell. Please cleanse me, purify my heart, and be glorified in my actions as I try to more consciously live for your glory. In Jesus' name
I pray. Amen.
